MY MISSION STATEMENT
My mission is to take nature and abstract photographs, to tell a story displaying the art of photography and paintings. To explore the beauty of our surroundings in nature and everyday life.
Here's my story:
I was born 1 lb, 13 oz. in Vancouver, BC. At the age of 1 month I was diagnosed as having a 3rd grade brain hemorrhage, and is believed to have caused learning disabilities. My doctor's told my parents that I would never be able to draw or paint or do anything like that, do to my poor fine motor skills. I proved them wrong! Through my school years, I was put into special education classes. At age 3 I started having an interest in Art. I would draw and paint and it was very relaxing and therapeutic to my well-being. At age 12 I also began taking pictures and found new avenue for my art as an inspiring photographer. Recently, I attended the 6th Annual Health and Well-being conference, in Richmond,BC, where I was able to show my art of photography, and sold many photos and 3 paintings that I painted.
At age 20, did the cover page and art work for a book called "Success Stories From the front line. Please see the links below of some of my publications and different activities that I was involved in.

The George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary consists of nearly 300 hectares (850 acres) of managed wetlands, natural marshes and low dykes in the heart of the Fraser River Estuary. For the millions of birds seeking feeding and resting areas during their annual migrations along the Pacific Coast, the Sanctuary is ideally located. It is a place where wildlife and their habitats are protected from harm, and it lies next to miles of flat marshland and the farmland of Westham Island.
